I had an issue once before where I was able to charge the Powercore fine but it wouldn’t in turn charge any devices. As I said, I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was something like 20 batteries did not provide enough power, 4 batteries did not display the specifications, and 5 batteries did provide at least 27 watts of power.The box is very nice and it came well packaged, unfortunately some plastic was used to wrap the products but other than that very nice. The only slight irk is that you can't charge from the powerbank while charging the powerbank but for me that's not a deal breaker, it just would've been a nice addition for the once in a blue moon when it would've been handy to have.

In the box came the Power bank, it was slightly precharged but not much, the 65w charger, has some issues with fit and finish but not bad, a bag for the power bank, nicely perforated so it doesn't get too hot, and lastly the cable. That's my only gripe but the plug, wire and power bank are all amazing and charges my phone about 4 and a half times in one charge.
